Return & Exchange Policy (10 Points)

1. Eligibility – Return/Exchange only within 7 days of delivery.

2. Condition – Product must be unused, unworn, and with original tags.

3. Packaging – Must be returned in original packaging.

4. Proof – Receipt/Order ID is required for return/exchange.

5. Damaged/Wrong Item – If received damaged or wrong, we will replace free of cost.

6. Size Issue – Size exchanges are allowed (subject to stock availability).

7. Hygiene – Lingerie, nightwear & intimate wear are not returnable once tried/used.

8. Refunds – Refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer (as per policy).

9. Shipping – Return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility (except wrong/damaged item).

10. Process Time – Returns/Exchanges are processed within 7-10 working days.
